I was fortunate enough to have known Solymar in our former profession in the medical field as an educator and straight shooter.
When it was time for me to sell the opportunity came quickly with a relocation to North Carolina within two weeks of deciding to put the house up for sale. Solymar did her due diligence, gave me the comps and her honest assessment of what the house might appraise for. She also gave me options customized to my unique situation. I needed to be gone in 2 weeks. I couldn't be on hand to address issues with inspections, closing issues, buyer"s requests, ect. Solymar took care of it all! The house sold in 4 hours. I made just over what I had told her I wanted to make on the sale. She was present for the inspections, addressed code violations, clean out issues, legal services and coordinated the moving parts of my real estate transaction. I was 1000 miles away learning a new job, Solymar made sure that was the only stress I delt with. Solymar never minced words or mislead me with promises she couldn't keep or lofty expectations she couldn't deliver on. She even picked up a Fed Ex package that was delivered to my old address and keys I had mistakenly left behind. I was fortunate enough to call Solymar a colleague and now I AM fortunate enough to call her my realtor. Great job 👏.
